External Whistleblowing

We urge members of the public, stakeholders or outside contractors who have suspicions about impropriety, wrongdoing, corruption, fraud or malpractice within Loughs Agency to get in touch. We recognise that this can be a difficult step. We will take action to protect anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Loughs Agency will do its utmost to protect an individual’s identity if they do not want their name to become known. It must be appreciated however that the investigation process may lead to disclosure. If you wish, you can raise your concerns anonymously. Concerns expressed like this can be harder to pursue and will be considered at our discretion. If an allegation is made in good faith but not confirmed by an investigation, no action will be taken against the individual responsible for the allegation.
