Following completion of the consultation process Loughs Agency will publish a summary of responses. Your response, and all others, may be disclosed on request. The Agency can only withhold information in exceptional circumstances. Please read the paragraphs on confidentiality below before submitting your response. They will give you legal guidance concerning any information you give.

A full copy of the Freedom of Information Code of Practice is available for  download.

The code followed by Loughs Agency gives the public a right of access to any information we hold. This includes information provided in response to a consultation. We can’t automatically treat such information as confidential. But we do have a responsibility to decide whether any information you provided – including about your identity – should be made public or treated as confidential.

Information provided by you in response to the consultation is unlikely to be treated as confidential except in very particular circumstances.
