The office at Prehen is open to the public Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, the Riverwatch visitor centre can be open in the evening and over the weekend for groups upon request.

You can contact the Agency's normal office number on Tel: 028 (048 from ROI) 7134 2100. After 5pm and over the weekend you call will automatically be diverted to an on-call Inspector.

This service should be used to report all urgent water pollution incidents.
During office hours your call will be connected to our Headquarters in Belfast. Outside normal hours, calls are diverted to the Environment Agency where details of your call will be logged and then passed to the Duty Emergency Pollution Officer in Northern Ireland.
