FOYLE AREA AND CARLINGFORD AREA (TAGGING AND LOGBOOK) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010

Loughs Agency invites its stakeholders to respond to the above Consultation.

INTRODUCTION
This Consultation Document sets out proposals by the Loughs Agency for the introduction of an amendment to The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Tagging and Logbook) Regulations 2001.

PURPOSE
The proposed amendment to the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Tagging and Logbook) Regulations 2001 is the result of the Loughs Agency identifying a weakness in the existing Regulations which the Agency wishes to remedy.

DETAILS OF CONSULTATION PROCESS
1. Responses to this Consultation Document should be received no later than Tuesday 31st August 2010.
